We can take on the burden of dealing with an empty property in the UK and internationally. We will provide an accurate valuation and handle putting the property on the market or to auction and the sale thereafter.
We can also deal with the property management up until the completion of sale; this includes arranging insurance, maximising security and making sure the property is fit for viewings. We offer this service at no cost to members of the public sector.
