We offer our services at no cost to members of the public sector handling an estate.
If you are dealing with a deceased’s estate it is important to check thoroughly before assuming intestacy. You need to be certain whether or not a will exists before distributing the estate or applying for missing will insurance.
There is no single online institution or database to find a will; unless Probate has been obtained a will remains unregistered. We can conduct an in-depth search within the UK for both registered and unregistered wills.
We will compile a summary report with the outcome of our search; if it is a case of intestacy we can advise and assist you on how to proceed.
